Your Initial consultation

Under the Contact Us tab you will find our information. Use phone, text, email, or the form provided to send us a message. Please provide a brief description of your situation. Someone will be in touch to schedule a 30-60 minute consultation with our attorney.   

The purpose of the initial consultation is to get to know each other to determine if your need is one we are able to meet. The initial consultation can be done over the phone, Zoom, FaceTime, or in person. Preferably, this meeting will take place at our office in downtown Ashland.

Once you decide to hire ELEKY, the next phase is mainly information and document collection.  From preparing a Will to the most complex crisis case, we will need information to create an individualized plan for you.

Using the information you provide, we will create a plan based upon your goals. Our attorney will review this plan with you in detail.
